Incredibly rude. No straight answer about the cost or ability to use the trash can, even though the ability to use it was outlined in the contract. Yelled at me when I pressed for details, while providing no details, and proudly handed me her card when I asked for her info so that I would "know who I was talking about." I paid for a unit at this facility for three years and was not given straight answer or treated with basic human dignity when it was time to move out the unit. Great storage unit for people who like being treated like garbage.
I had a reservation, the representative said "the system for you looks funny, so I'll make a new reservation for you" well, he needed an alternate address and I didn't have one... I tell him I can't give him one because I don't have one, he calls his boss, then after about 30 minutes of telling him I don't have an alternate address, he gets an attitude and proceeds to tell me how wrong I am and that he will call the cops if I don't exit the property. So I call and get an address from someone and after that I got my unit I came for. None the less, I myself nor my girlfriend should have been talked to how we did. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Go to a different location!!!!!!!

This location is incredible!!! Customer service is always amazing and fun. I can't say enough good things about Deb...she has a heart of gold!! Kinda sad to be leaving them! Thanks for EVERYTHING!!!
