DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely horrible. Woman who was helping me at the front desk answered a cell phone call right in the middle of the transaction. Asked for a 75 dollar deposit, when I had called earlier they stated there would be none. When I asked if I would get the money back, she said "I don't know." One of the worst experiences I've had in a while, avoid using their services at all costs.
Rates are good but the wait is always extremely long andlimited parking
I set an appointment for car hauler all went well. Staff hep hook it up and when I was done they unhooked it. Great job.
A terrible place to do business. I had a truck and trailer reserved for 8:00 AM. I showed up at 8:00 AM to get the truck & trailer as I had people at my house waiting to help me load. Nobody showed up until 8:20 AM. I asked the gentleman, dark hair and a goatee, what time they opened as I had people waiting to help me and he then refused to rent me the equipment I had reserved. I was not rude. I just let him know that I had been there sense 8:00 AM and that I was on a schedule and had people waiting to load the truck. This is a real bad place to do business with.
