The new management of this place is terrible. We have rented there since 2013, both storage units and parking spots. We've gone through several rate increases, purportedly to build new fences and a new remotely operated access door to the parking lot. The access door is still manual and you need to have some muscle to operate it. On top of that, they can't seem to keep staff there. The current management is by far the worst or the 4 teams we saw in the past 4 years. The current manager yells at you, changes access keys without bothering to notify you, tries to charge you for whatever he can think up, and by and large behaves as if you are the biggest bother in his life.
This is a great self-storage facility! The Management Team is Top Notch & the site is always really, really clean & secure! It's a great storage option in Columbia, SC!
