Even though the suits which I brought to the cleaners came out okay, the pricing was a little excessive (over $13 for 1 suit), and even though I had the suits in by 9:00 for their same day service ("in by 9 out by 5"), neither time was my suit ready by 5. In fact, both times I had to return at nearly 7:00 in order to retrieve my clothing. Don't promise a service that you can't perform. As a business-person, I live by the creed, "Under-promise, and over-deliver." Maybe Michael's Cleaners should do the same. I may be back, but only in an emergency, and as a very last resort.
I have been going to this cleaners since they came to Forum Dr. Due to the fact that I would get buttons broken, shirts return dirty, and other constant redo's I never trusted them with my high end shirts. Well I decided to give them a chance and they can't read care labels. They laundered my shirt even though I asked for dry clean and the label indicated dry clean for best results. It took me 5 more trips and several poor customer service phone calls from the own to get half of what my shirt was worth; I only wore it once. The owner doesn't care about you, your clothing or customer service. Read the fine print about the processing fee.
Anyway, City Laundry down on Spears Creek does a great job of the shirts now.
I brought my husband's air force blues shirt here several times requesting heavy starch and military press. By the third time I received his shirt back and it still had not been pressed properly, the woman behind the counter finally explained that they don't do a military press. This is after she let me explain to her the first two times what that was...
