Jay is a master cleaner. He and his staff provide excellent service.
Would give a 0 if I could. Please, please don't go here if you value your clothes (which you probably do if your using a dry cleaners). I dealt directly with the owner Jay and have never had worse customer service in my life. He was extremely rude. I sent a pair of pants for dry cleaning and they altered them for some reason. When I sent them back they did not correct it and actually sent them back to me with MORE alterations and a sew job that looked like a child had done it. I got very upset and cried and was hung up on and told that he had 5 stores and basically didn't have time to deal with me. I feel bad for his brother who was working and has been very nice and helpful.
So I've been using Sterling Cleaners off of St. Andrews road near my home for a few years now because of their ability to always put the customer first. Most recently the were bought out by Breeze Cleaners and I must say it will probably be the demise of this place. I would not recommend any of their locations.
