Fast and reliable service. The front desk clerk Shae always provides excellent customer service. For instance, I am always told about any current deals they may be promoting. In three years, I never had any issues that was not addressed immediately and quickly resolved.
RUDE. I dropped my clothing off with a 25$ coupon which was apparently prepay. When I went to pick up my clothing, they would not honor my savings because I did not prepay even though I was not asked to! For as much as they charge in comparison to other dry cleaners, the need to step it up
I had 4 shirts that i needed cleaned for work the next day so I Google the nearest cleaners and this storecame up. I ddisregarded the other negative comment on here hoping my experience would not be the same. I dropped the shirts off around 9am with the manager of the store and she gave me a pick up ticket for 5:30pm later that day. I arrived at the store around 6pm only to find out that the truck that has the cleaned clothes has not got there yet. I waited around 30 minutes until the truck arrived only to find out that my shirts didn't come on the truck. After waiting 30 more minutes I find out that the shirts are at 2 different cleaner stores and are not clean. I needed my shirts so I had to go to the stores and pick up my shirts. I didn't get home from picking up the shirts until 9pm. With no other choice I had to wash the shirts myself and iron them. After all that i had to go through i would have expected better customer service since I was a new customer. The worst experience ever.
