I have bought several large items from this store and have had a positive experience.
My husband and I visited Strobler's yesterday. We are new to the area and have been searching for a good furniture store with quality transitional and chic furnishings. Upon entering the store we were greeted by a sales associate who informed us of the sales and who offered to assist us. Each sales person that passed us spoke and offered to help us. We found the furnishings to be high quality and fairly priced. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the furniture. Although we didn't make a purchase, we did make an appointment for a design consultant to come to our home to do an assessment. There is no doubt, this will be our go to furniture store in Columbia.
Rude service over the phone. Lady really needs be more professional. Guess she wasn't raised with manners.
I love this place. I've bought several pieces of furniture there over the years. You don't feel hounded when you go in. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Jackie made our recent shopping experience so enjoyable.
Stunning showroom. With beautiful and well made furnishings. They have friendly helpful staff that really know home furnishings. We purchased a sectional sofa that they did not have a sample on the showroom floor and the process was super easy with lots of fabric options. Sales associate sent us a hand written thank you card. I will definitely shop there again.
