So we waited all day for the four hour delivery window. After a great experience in store, the delivery service was beyond awful. The driver finally called after the delivery window and stated that I "better find me a pick up and come get it myself" because he wasn't coming down our driveway. I am a professional and expect others to act the same. There was no "sorry I can't figure out how to get my truck in your driveway" language. Instead he hung up on me! I am a stickler for customer service and I can't begin to tell you how rude this driver was. Further, we tried to call for help and the lines are closed. So convenient. The rep who called to follow up on the driver was just as rude. I may just cancel the couch. They are a dime a dozen . My business is not. I hope the company recognizes the crappy service and attempts to make up for it.
The sales person really worked with us in order for us to get exactly what we wanted
After the delivery was made, one of the workers asked my son where to leave the empty boxes of our delivery. When my son told the worker to leave it behind our house, the workers unloaded all their trash behind our house. Come on guys, it is not okay to take advantage of someone who doesn't fully understand. You guys know you are suppose to take all trash with you and not leave any of it behind. You should have not even asked, you guys knew what you were doing. I called to talk to customer service and all i was told is that there was nothing they could do but file a complaint. Which is sad because I seen all these reviews and apparently there is nothing being done. What happened to customer service? My husband and I are remodeling and need furniture. Looks like we will find somewhere else to spend are hard earned money.
Our experience was amazing. Christophe was exceptional. He is the reason I purchased the furniture I did for my daughter without using another purchasing option from a family member out of town that would have given me a discount. I will be back to buy more with his exceptional customer service.
The staff at Harbinson lied to me. The young lady told me that an item I wanted would be there when I turn to get it. I return today. to find out that it was discontinued. I really wanted that items regardless if they would put it together or not.
