Bought a piece on Saturday but need to come back to pick it up. When we went to get it, it was broken. Instead of being sorry about it, the gentleman was very putout. He did not offer to fix it or take some money off. He was not willing to work with us. He was not friendly at all. In the end he did refund our money. I was very disappointed.
