Initially ordered to eat inside but it was so cold inside we had to ask for the order to be changed to a to-go. The flavor of the wings were great but they were extremely overcooked. Hope they get it straightened out in there.
Brian Neal made our Saturday night draft party awesome! Last year we moved our 2 yearly fantasy drafts over from buffalo wild wings due to poor service. Mr. Neal made sure we had everything and provided excellent customer service at the Harbison location. This year we moved over to the Vista location as he is now at this store and had a great time. Thanks again Brian for taking care of your customers. The company should have you running the show!
It war very nice restrooms were clean. Is a sports bar, and it's true to its name, everywhere you turn there's a big screen tv to see any game you want, I wanted to watch tennis and my waitress changed the channel for me, my daughter was watching a football game as well as my grandson, out wad nice that we all got to watch what we wanted without missing a beat. The staff was very friendly and the food was good, they have a full bar and outside seating as well.
Walked into this place and the hostess was talking to another young woman who was behind the stand writing something (possibly another hostess). After about a minute she finally turns around and looks at me. She never greeted us. She never asked how many was in the party but I went ahead and told her. She leads us to a dirty table and tells us to give her a second. She comes back with a towel to wipe it down. As we look around we see that there are numerous dirty tables. That should have been a red flag but we stayed there anyway. We sit down. 5 mins pass, then 10 and in that time noone ever came over to acknowledge us. After about 15 minutes we finally decided to get up and leave. The waitress who was in our area (walking past us to give checks and talk to other guest) turned to us as we got up to leave and watched us walk out the door and still never said a word to us. This place has to have some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Do better.
Took too long to be seated and not busy at the time, just no one at the front. Out of too many things on menu for a Saturday night including flight glasses?!?! Food and service ok but certainly room for improvement.
