My friend suggested this place for lunch and I had never heard of it but so glad I agreed to try it out! Adorable quaint and home feel and super clean. The waitress was quick and friendly and the service on point. And the food was AHHmazing! I had pimento cheese with bread to start and then the brisket sandwich. The meat was cooked to perfection and just melted in my mouth, and the flavors added to it were great. But the best part of my visit was the Crack Pie. You should try this place just for some coffee and the crack pie.
This is a quintessential southern lunch spot. Set in a beautiful historic house, its upscale gourmet version of traditional Southern fare is a treat for eyes and mouths. It's a step back in time in the best ways, with a contemporary twist for a beautiful experience.
Super great food. Only reason for 4 stars is that the main building’s dining room is very noisy when full and there’s nothing in place to help muffle the echoing of everyone’s conversations. Not a huge deal but a REALLY great spot for lunch and an awesome menu.
I will definitely be going back and would definitely recommend this place!!! What a sweet find this place was!
This cafe is truly awesome. From the salads to the sandwiches, I've never been disappointed with my meal or my service. The owners are friendly and helpful and the food really speaks for itself! Don't forget the daily specials, Fried Chicken Tuesday in particular. Always different but delicious. 5 stars every time I visit!
Cute place but does not cater to all races. 15 min after ordering food, was told they were out of a certain menu item, causing our entire table of 5 to reorder. The item they were out of, was then served to customers who came in behind us, as we were forced to wait an additional 20 min for our food. Although they were nice and tried to be accommodating, we felt as if there were to many of us for them to serve. Not coming to where we're not wanted. Owner never came to our table but to others.
