The team members at HoneyBaked Ham were so friendly when we came in. They took their time and made us a priority. Our experience was definitely a priority to them!

Very bad service. I came in and no one was there. When I ordered the cashier didn't even look at me while she hastily took my order. She forgot my lettuce and tomato and she also forgot the next customers toppings too. When I went back to ask for my toppings she grabbed my sandwich without saying anything to me. If I pay over $12 for sandwich and soup I want to have at least decent service. I worked at a sandwich place for 6 years. The service here SUCKS
Purchased prepared foods at store one day before Thanksgiving. Long line out door yet moved very quickly with 4 registers. Friendly component staff.
Picked up a ham for the holidays on the 21st of December with a minimum of fuss and wait. All the cashiers were manned so the wait was short and we got an excellent sandwich on the go.
