Costumer service just thrown poorly, barely know his menu
The staff here are amazing. They are warm and friendly and always have a kind word. I love Double Troubles and they are always made fresh every morning. I like the fact that they stay open until 11 on Friday and Saturday nights so i can grab a cookie after my movie. The prices are definitely worth the value especially for the Fresh Fruit Smoothies.
We don’t get to stop in often but LOVE when we get the chance to! Cookies are always fresh and soft - perfect cookies!
Needs a remodel and is way, way, way overpriced! The fresh cookies are good. But still not worth $2 for a small cookie. It's insane.
Thus place is horrible. So many customer complaints, yet people still give them business. They have the same cookies day in and day out, never changing it up. They don't do specials. Well they do have a buy 5 get one free deal but don't ask for a mall or military discount on that because they "can't" give you one because your already getting a deal and they won't give a discount on top of a discount. Over Christmas wanted gift cards, but too they don't even sell those. This place is way too expensive for the quality cookie they are selling. All their equipment is old and hardly works. Cookies are hard, most people want a soft moist cookie. I can go to Marble Slab and get a much better milk shake at a cheaper cost. Oh, and it will taste better too!
