No one ever acknowledges me when I walk in the store because I am an African American...I went in three times on different days and still no hello or how can I help you..if you can not greet me, you will not get my money ...terrible customer service!

As a physician, with long narrow feet, I understand the importance of good quality well fitted shoes. I agree that at times they could be better staffed. But when it's our turn, I am never disappointed and will wait with a toddler all day if needed. I appreciate the knowledge and wisdom that they provide. My child also has narrow feet and now I will not buy any shoes without trying them on her. I also prefer her shoes to come from there.
