*One guy floated around to assist & was really good - dude knew his stuff. Supposedly has over 70 pairs of shoes HIMSELF! ... I now have 3.
I had to call customer service to inquire about the delivery process because it was overdue. Turned out the guy who was doing the delivery had delivered to the wrong address. Eventually they were able to sort out the issue and I got the item. I’ll definitely be buying from them again because they have amazing quality
Knock off the 30% and I'm a tick over $100 for $150 shoes!
No actual customer service, but they have a nice selection. Just don’t expect anyone to help you find what you need. Prices are very competitive
They always have a great selection of shoes. I always power shop and buy what's on sale. Great shoes. Lovely sales associates. My only complaint is the shoes on sale aren't marked down in the store, so if you don't go to the website first, you'll think they're full price.

The Merrell shoes I wanted were $140 regularly, as opposed to $150 in another store.
I did a return over 15 days ago and it has not posted to my card yet. It took 2 seconds to take out of my account and now its taking a month to return my funds. No so happy about this process. Will not shop here again.
