Staff is very friendly, understanding and cooperative with me. I can't thank them enough for not making things hard on me. Only problem for me is how loud my neighbors are every single night. Other than that I believe the staff is good.
Staff that I dealt with and maintenance is the WORST. It is 12/26/2017 and my closet shelf and rack fell so my clothes has been on the floor for almost 3 weeks now. The maintenance manager DAVID, promise me last week that he was coming personally to fix it the next morning. No show. The other maintenance man DOUG promise he was coming 12/23/2017 to fix it, No Show. All I want is them to put my clothes rack/shelf up properly. I don't want them to build me a new closet. But again, it's almost three weeks and all I've gotten from staff and maintenance is lies and BROKEN promises. There favorite line is "I'll be there tomorrow, I promise". All lies. This has taught me when I read bad reviews about an apartment, RUN.

Strongly advise going to another complex! The managers are rude and unorganized. Signed for an "upgraded" apartment one month prior to move in. The day of move in my apartment was not available. So They tried to put me in a unit where half of the building was burned down and the apartment layout was completely different from what was originally asked for. Manager said she couldn't do anything and it would take 30 days to process a refund. Had to find a new place to live.
Initially, customer service could be better. When I walked in the office, the desk employees just looked at me and didn't say, "Hey, someone will assist you shortly" or anything. So I felt uncomfortable, looking around, trying to see if someone would offer their assistance because I was interested in learning about the place. However, another employee that just pulled up in the parking lot made my experience valuable and gave me a nice tour.
My first move in went very well. Then I transferred apartments and everything went DOWNHILL. The apartment wasn't ready on move in day. Blinds were broken, appliances weren't installed and there were so many things wrong not to include the broken air. Still I was patient until I showed frustration and the property manager showed no remorse. Before even apologizing about what I was experiencing she came out and said out loud in the entire office "I'm not refunding you your transfer fee". Not only was she rude but she embarrassed me and takes her tenants for granted. I've been asking for a toilet paper holder since move in which was 5 days ago. The excuse is they are going through so many management changes which is completely understandable but when you are rude and completely out of loop when it comes to a move in and on top of that not remorseful about the situation it becomes very irritating. However it seems this property does things their way no matter the comfort level of its tenants. I wouldn't say the staff is rude but in certain situations they just don't seem to put themselves in the tenants shoes. Hopefully once my apartment is complete my experience will go back to 100%. I guess I could just go buy my own toilet paper holder
