Maintenance is horrible. I've talked to a couple of people in the office about issues that I had and or needed to be fixed they always say 'I'll put in a work order' and never do as they say. This is the second time I mentioned these things to them, it's been almost a month now and nothing has been done yet. Better yet nothing seems to get done unless you write a bad review. People blast loud music all the time and you get fines for simple things but they can't complete a work order in a timely manner that's if they ever put one in of course.
Lastly, be prepared during the college school year to be bombarded by Benedict College students that stay in the complex behind this one. They jump the gate and roam the complex. Also, there's usually some drama going on outside, it's usually car vandalism, fights, arguments, gun shots or just loud ghetto people.
Park at Boulders Creek, where do I start......... The apartments are pretty nice on the inside, after the renovations, but that's only at first glance. Once you live there for a few months you will notice a lot of stuff was fixed and put together last minute. Small things like light switches and sockets break really fast and easily. Also, be prepared to be charged so many small fees for ridiculous things. Such as a fee to pay your water bill every month, pest control (which never comes), trash and a one time opening account fee. Majority of maintenance is unprofessional and say they have fixed things that they haven't, just to get it off their list. The office staff members are just awful, they are uninformed, ghetto, rude, and do not have much knowledge of how to run, maintain, or service leasing matters, let alone apartments housing matters.
It cost almost $900 dollars a month to stay here, in a two bedroom, the pool has never been open, nor has the gym. There are no amenities available to use. Please do not let the staff lie and say anything is available for use. IF YOU MOVE HERE PLEASE BE ADVISED YOU ARE ONLY GOING TO HAVE AN APARTMENT, NO AMENITIES AND VERY MINIMUM PARKING!!!

Some of the tenants here are trashy and leave their nasty messes outside their apartments and are obviously selling illegal substances from their unit.
I moved here in May 2016. I have no complaints at all. The staff has always been very nice. The complex is clean and I think the apartments are nice. The only downside is I am not sure if the pool is open yet and the renovations to the offices have been going on for over a year.
Lived here for a little less than a year in a 1 br apartment. Apartments are very spacious and neat. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good place to call home.
The individuals doing renovations are extremely unprofessional!!! Every time I drive by to leave the apartments they are having a party, drinking, random women on their patio, smoking, playing loud music, and being rowdy. I'm sure that's not really the image this apartment complex is going for, but it's there.
