Very trashy, empty food containers everywhere, beer cans jammed in shrubs, pine cones all over common areas. It makes me want to take a shower just walking from car to apartment .
Terrible lighting in parking lot when it is dark. Hard to find specific location of building, hard to locate or identity building number to find apartment number. Would not want to live there.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! LEASING OFFICE STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY PLACED ME IN A UNIT THAT KEPT HAVING FREQUENT FLOODING AND THEY KNEW ABOUT IT PRIOR TO PLACING ME IN THE LIVING UNIT. WORK ORDERS ARE NEVER COMPLETED UNLESS YOU SPEAK WITH MAINTENANCE THEMSELVES. THE WOMEN IN THE OFFICE (WHITNEY,MELISSA AND TARA) WILL PASS OUT YOUR INFORMATION TO OTHER TENANTS AND LIE ABOUT IT. THEY WILL PUT YOUR RENT MONEY ON OTHER TENANTS ACCOUTNS AND EXPECT YOU TO FIGURE WHAT HAPPEND INSTEAD OF THEM DOING THERE JOB. ANYWHERE BUT THE PARK APARTMENTS IS THE PLACE TO BE.
There are roaches every where. The apartment need to be renovationed. Your light bill is extremely high due to bad insulation. There is always problem with AC/Heat and management does not keep up with your payments and will put a notice on your door saying you owe them money.
Very Dangerous Gun shoots heard regularly, very unsafe at night
