I have loved living at Stadium Suites. The rooms are very well designed and spacious. The quality of apartments is better and more affordable than others around. Maintenance is quick to respond and very helpful. I would definitely recommend
I lived here for two years, and it was excellent. Management will often host free food and is very accommodating when issues arise. Apartments are relatively spacious, all rooms have their own bathrooms, and they come pre-furnished with a desk, a bed, a dresser, a chair, and a nightstand. Apartments also come with a dining table and chairs, couches, a coffee table, and a stand for books or television. The gym is accessible at all hours, the pool is clean, and there's a lovely grilling area with hammocks. I will definitely miss living here.
Only been living here for two months and have had no issues that were not fixed immediately. Management has been great and so has maintenance. Yes, the speed bumps are a pain but it will be fine. The community is nice and the rooms are great. My two roommates and I love it here so far. The woman bus driver is usually late and often on her cell phone while driving. Other than that it is a great experience.
If you're looking for a cheaper place to live near the stadium, this is the place for you. Just don't have any high expectations for anything else. I'm wishing I would have listened to the reviews on here before I signed my lease. Overall awful experience.
Living at Stadium Suites is probably the worse choice I have ever made. My apartment was not allowed to move in until after 5pm and when we were finally allowed to move in they had lost some of my roommates paperwork. Her parents were at the airport but they wouldn't give her a key until her parents sent them a new form. We put in maintance resquest the day we moved in and as of October 5 it still hasn't been fixed despite multiple requests. Yesterday there shuttle broke down halfway through the day and they told students left on campus that there was nothing Stadium Suites can do. They encouraged students to uber home ($10 ride) but do not offer any money back. They're argument was the bus is the same as the tanning bed and not a required thing.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Our kitchen sink leaks, they changed the perfectly normal shower heads to uncomfortable and sometimes painful ones, did the WORST job at installing a million speed bumps, and so much more. From waking up in the middle of the night at least 5 times a week to someone beating on the dumpsters outside of my building to all of the recent kidnappings and robberies happening INSIDE STADIUM SUITES, I do not feel safe living here. I am coming this weekend to move out and I am honestly scared to go. The staff members are also below average. They do open the Clubhouse later during finals and order pizza for the residents, which is nice, but my roommates and I went there to study one night and the staff members were loud, playing loud music, and just screaming like animals at one point.
