Outstanding service within this community. I love the staff and whole environment. A great safe community for any family or couple. Love the pool area and events that the staff does every month. Shout out to Candice for all of her hard work and improving this residency every day!
This is the best complex I have ever lived in. The staff is outstanding, especially Candice. Since day 1 that my roommate and I moved in she has went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will be living here for a very long time, especially because of the incredible hospitality given to us. They are a prime example here of what it means to give great Customer Service, as well as making their residents feel completely at home. I am honestly shocked that there is even one bad review, because this staff is outstanding and "Providence" is hands down the best community to live in Columbia. Thanks to the staff for all you do!!! :)
I enjoy living here a very quite community, the maintenance respond quickly. The employee are very friendly and nice. Someone always in office to give out packages from vendor. Also landscape and grounds are always neat and clean. Yes I would recommend family and friends.
I have been living here for almost a year and have had a great experience so far. The office staff are really great and professional and always willing to help! The apartment complex is gated and I feel completely safe living here. The staff keep you updated on everything and they make you feel like family!
I have been a Resident at Providence for 5 years and it has been nothing short of an AWESOME experience. My family truly feels at home here and we absolutely love the staff both office and maintenance team. They are always friendly and accommodating. Definitely a great decision to move here if you’re looking for a safe & cozy environment!
