I wanted to get my broken toilet fixed and these guys are the ones who came to mind. They were quick to respond when I called them over. One hour is all it took them. These guys are just heroes.
Seriously?! The woman answering your phone at 254-9988 is not helping get NEW business! I'm almost certain I need a new 80 gallon hot water heater, but you lost that revenue simply because of horrible customer service. Your phone is a direct channel to your business and you want it to be a pleasurable experience.

Poor customer service, guys! You may be the best plumbers in SC, but if the person answering your customer calls isn't helpful, you have no chance. Customer's have a LOT of choices. You need a company advocate handling your customer service. Good luck and I've taken my business elsewhere.
I have used this company several times over the last few years had had a great experience with them. I have some work I need done on a new home, and I have called multiple times (no option to leave a message) and used the email contact page on their webpage and I have heard nothing back. I don't think they are still operating.
I just had a leak in my water heater unit last night. I was able to turn off my water and called around to see if any plumbing company can help me. They were quoting me an arm and a leg just to come out and see the problem. I was referred to Jim by a friend and within an hour he was at my house checking the problem for a low cost. He called to tell me the issue and let me know that one of his men will be out there shortly to fix the pipe. My pipe was fixed immediately and at a low cost! Amazing customer service! They did a better job than the originals who set up the unit! I am more than satisfied and will definitely recommend him and this company to everyone. Thank you so much Jim for getting it done! :)
