We've had this company - unfortunately - sent to us twice by our home warranty company. This guy is - to put it nicely - not very honest.
Kevin and this company are great. I was scheduled for service with them from the Warranty company and after reading reviews was on guard. He was on time, courteous and even when he found the reason for the issue was something the company would have denied he fixed it anyway bc it was a simple repair. I appreciate the service and would call them again!
Plumber was sent by American Home Shield.I was a little sceptical myself when I saw the reviews. My experience was great. The plumber arrived on time.Was very professional had my hot water fixed in no time at all.
Also, this plumber does not accept credit card payments. Not a complaint, per se, but we were only told this after the fact. For people who might not have hundreds of extra dollars laying around for an unexpected repair, it's a bit of an issue.
The second time - and unfortunately we do not have a choice when we go through our home warranty company - was recently to replace a hot water heater. While there doesn't seem to be an issue with this second visit as he did replace the unit without issue, he did leave a huge mess following the repair.

The first time he (I think his name is Kevin) came out, it was due to an issue caused by our utility company (almost no water pressure and just drips from each faucet). While waiting to see if the utility company would cover the maintenance cost, we decided to file a claim with our home warranty... they sent out Red Dragon. Once we found out the repairs would be covered by city utility and relayed that to our warranty company and Red Dragon, he immediately went under our house and reported back that, along with the main issue caused by the utility company, all of the pipes were very old and needed to be replaced with PEX piping. We explained that the utility company would not pay for that and only needed the basic repairs completed. Once we also explained that he would be receiving payment directly from the utility company, he hemmed and hawed and eventually refused to do any of the work, so the utility company sent out another private plumbing company. The new plumber went under the house and found the same main issue, but reported back that we were very lucky because almost all of the piping had been replaced recently with PEX piping. The exact opposite of what Red Dragon told us. Now, I'm not a plumber, but that doesn't sound like a honest mistake that a plumber could/would make and sounds more than a bit shady to me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
