Great service from start to finish. Andrea, on the phone, was courteous and knowledgeable. She also considerately phoned me on day of the appointment to inform about a slight delay. The technicians, Roger and Garry, were wonderful. I appreciate the way they talked straight to me, explaining all the possibilities. There were options and they chose the avenue more considerate to me but more challenging for them. They persevered long after I would have. Their expertise and professionalism was evident. End result: success! The cost was reasonable. Would recommend this branch of Roto Rooter to anyone.
