Beautiful river front park with tons of spots to hangout. Some of my favorite spots include the train tracks, rope swing, tree jump, and lock down near the damn. Perfect place to bring pets or friends for a day of relaxing. Just please no more littering!
Great spot to fish and hang out at the river. If you're looking to fish there, wading out a little to get to the main channel will get you better results. Small mouth bass is the most common thing you'll catch.
Big trees and quiet trails with a new short, section off road bike trail. More to come!
River access to the Congaree just south of the Blossom St. Bridge. Great historic site, with remnant of the Robert Mills Abraham Blanding canal constructed in the 1820s and a brick cistern from the SC Distillery.
A small river based park. You can walk back and forth for about 3.5 miles. Lots of University kids use the river during warm weekend seasons.
A wonderful Park with great paths both paved and not paved with a lot of Wildlife and extensive views of the river with the parts spreading both Southeast and Northwest up and down to Lower South Bank plenty of picnic tables , park benches and a restroom
