Now, my rating is based on this past years experiences with the number of issues I’ve had, I’m not disclosing publicly, this is my honest and fare rating for now.
One issues I have experiences where, I was scheduled appointments without notifications and had to have those rescheduled and when they rescheduled them, they were three hours away. I can’t say that this was to punish me for boisterous conviviality phone conversation asking why didn’t I get notified, but who knows. However, I did get a since of, I got mine and yours is not my issue attitude, from the people that were supposedly proclaimed veteran helpers. I didn't think that after all my years of serving I'd be treated like a vagrant petitioning for money, especially from former service members.
Awful, cant ever contact anyone, my counselor never answers her phone or returns my emails. I hate this place, i need a better counselor who does their actual job
I don’t believe they intended to make me feel that way but I think they lack the proper empathy and customer service training. Plus, they seemed very comfortable with their duty positions as though you need them more than they need you. I also think they have to deal with lots of angry people daily and that can wear on a person’s morality inducing a bare minimum work ethic towards any aggressor. There is no excuse for any unprofessionalism and I am by no mean excusing mistreatment of any service member, but trying a more receptive and understanding tactic has gotten me far.
No reason for someone not to know their job to help you get solutions work what you don't understand about claims

hey its the VA. aka very aggravating.
We can't blame the VA because so many has manipulated the system to where they are the unfortunate constituents hired to protect the government from fraudulent acts. I just read these reviews because I was looking for the number to the regional offices from this site. I figured it was just people complaining because they didn't get something they wanted. However, reading the reviews enticed me to review some of my past endeavors with this particular organization.
