The garbage pick-up is so horrendously poor that it can't be accidental. No one could be this incompetent. Repeated calls to the Solid Waste Department, Solid Waste manager, Mayor Benjamin's office over 10 years --- and the service only worsens. Our church pays monthly and timely for service as poor as once a month. We have never in 10 years had weekly service for an entire month.
