Legitimately the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If I could give zero stars, I would. Unhelpful and rude from the get go.
Awful service. If it was possible to give a negative rating I would. Extremely unhelpful in every possible way. The garages have a button that you can press and be connected to someone that will help but the calls are not answered. I had to press the call button about 8-10 times one day without anyone picking up to help, holding up so many cars behind me because I was unable to exit the garage. This could have easily been avoided if the person that is supposed to answer the call button had done their job. The enter/exit pass that you are given rarely works. Not one to post negative reviews, but it is extremely frustrating to constantly have so much difficulty entering and exiting my own garage.
The employees of the City of Columbia parking services are the most incompetent people on this planet.

Where do I begin. Horrible customer service. Maybe there is no manager on duty and therefore there is no accountability for being lazy? Rude, condescending, and unhelpful.
