Only because zero stars isn't an option do they get one star. I took in a chainsaw for a tune-up. They charged $150, which is ridiculous, and made it worse. It needed a tune-up and it came back smoking like crazy and when you turn it sideways to cut a standing tree it sprays gas everywhere like a fountain. These people are horrible at "fixing" stuff. I will never take anything back there, and will never purchase anything at that store again.

Dropped a 15 year old lawn mower off for repair quote and didn't hear back for 3 weeks. Got a call from an employee saying it was done and the cost is over $350. I never got the quote prior to work being done on the mower. I bought a brand new one for the same price. Told them to keep the mower, which they agreed to. Just make sure you're talking to the right person while there.
I went to Sears to get some parts for my riding mower. I was told I would have to order them online but the sales lady said I should try Young's hardware they would have the parts. They sure did and had everything I needed at great prices. I will always go there from now on for all my lawn care parts. Thanks Young's Hardware
Went in late afternoon on a Saturday looking at weed trimmers. The store front advertised the name brands we were looking for. Andrew, the store manager, was very nice and knowledgeable. We didnt feel any high pressure to purchase. He just delivered information. We ultimately made a purchase of an ECHO trimmer. Andrew took us out back fueled up the trimmer and did a great job of showing us all we needed to know. The trimmer is AWESOME!
