Had two online orders to pick up in this local store, supposedly available for pickup the same day as shown online, but it has been four days and nobody even contacted me at all if the orders are ready or not. Called during this waiting time (two days after I placed the orders) and the gentlemen (not a good attitude) told me they were waiting for the truck to come but no more update since then. First time shopping Ace online and probably my last time.
The selection is a bit limited and they're now not open on Sundays.
When my friend and I arrived we were greeted by a salesperson, which was expected. My friend needed some drill bits and I needed a conceal carrier holder. I asked the salesperson if they carried any holders and I was given an immediate look of suspicion. He awkwardly looked at his coworkers after I asked the question, he replied no we do not. After I got my answer, we proceeded to look for drill bits for my friend. However, to our surprise we were being followed and watched as if we were criminals. The three of them watched us the entire time as he picked out what drill bits he wanted. The entire buying experience was extremely uncomfortable. I sincerely hope we weren't being watch solely because we both are black. Unfortunately that seemed to be the case, I will not return to this establishment and keep my business in Sumter around a more military friendly environment.

I love the staff here! I'd give it five stars but for two things:
The store hours posted on google, and the store hours posted on the door of their store both say they close at 7:00 Monday - Friday. I got there at 6:20 and they were closed.
