If you want to actually make a change, not just in your appearance, but your performance and actual health, then this is the place for you. Led by highly educated people in the field with actual college degrees (not just some “trainer” with an 8 week online certificate) who have made a life of athletics and are doing what they love. They will push you and if you actually listen to them and follow the regiments and advice given, you will see results.
