Both trainers are very nice and the workout is good. But if you need to cancel for any reason make sure you are not a day late. I had to cancel because I have a baby on the way so trying to conserve finances. Well my member renewal is the 10th of the month. I was charged the the 10th. Came in on the 13th cancel and was told I had to pay for next month the as well because I had to give 30 day notice I was 3 days late to cancel. But my lose is their gain
So far everyone is super nice and they build your confidence they push you so you won't give up I love it
The trainers at 9Round Forest are amazing! This is gym has family atmosphere. The one on one attention from the trainers provides you with motivation and inspiration.
