March 2015: Absolutely love this place. Best facilities and coaches. Has done wonders for myself and both my sons. The boys have excelled in football and basketball because of the coaches and program that Carl Hardwick has developed. I have never been in better shape!

I am a retired professional boxer that got out of shape. Returning to a regular gym was torture. I needed a place that was challenging and fun. I feel very welcome here. Great people.

November 6, 3017 Update: Carl Hardwick has moved on and the new GM is very difficult. With Carl, he made issues that came up very easy to deal with. He put the customer first and never quoted “policy.” He found a win-win for both parties. My two sons, previously mentioned, are playing basketball and will not be able to attend Crossfit during the season. Got charged for all three and when asked if I could drop them and get refunded the $97.00, I was charged for the month, I was told I needed to give the GM 10 days notice to before any changes could be made and the full amount of $186.00 would stay on my account. Great gym, great workouts, new GM.......not so much. Carl treated me like family, Kelly.....not so much. She did offer to credit one month to the two boys if they returned after basketball season.
