These people....hold my payments in their bank account to get more interest...and here I am waiting to pay bills and get food. The military pays them on or before the first yet it takes them over 8 days to account for it and put it in my account. They are crooks and hurt the single parent the must when we are waiting on them to release the funds. There is no one to talk to and no place to file a complaint. I can not wait until my child turns 18 and we don't have to deal with dss anymore.

Need to come up with a way to pay court fees and fines online instead of just traffic tickets.
