Tried to call and reschedule a (traffic) court date because I had class at the time of my hearing. When I eventually got through, the lady on the phone asked what day I was scheduled for - no other information - put me on hold for 15 minutes before coming back and saying that she couldn't find it in the system. I offered to give her my name and ticket number, which she did not take before placing me on hold again. Waited a while and hung up.
Called numerous times, only answered the phone once, and the one time they picked up they hung up
