I will be filing an appeal based on the unethical activity of the presiding judge in my Restraining Order case. I clearly presented more than enough evidence and proved my case by preponderance of evidence by presenting several obscene text messages from the defendant. Judge Mel Maurer dismissed my Restraining Order case by lying saying it was a "Disagreement About Short Term Rental." These was not the case because I have pending civil case for that matter. I will not be paying $55 and I am filing an appeal at the main court office and I will be filing an official complaint against him with the Judicial Conduct Board. Where is the real justice?
What is this a brothel? The Judge is incompetent to stand trial yet along preside over them. The judge is a joke. He acts like he wants to slap five with the thugs. I mean really is there only one judge here. How does that even make any sense. I am going to contact the Federal Government. Magistrate never want to give people their money when they sue yet they want yours for all them fees. What a f*** rip off?
