Sports bar. Decent variety of food. Great sweet potato fries. Turkey and avocado smash sandwich was good. Salmon was okay. LOTS of screens with pro and college games all over the place. Waitresses were friendly, dressed in extreme short shorts and crop tops.
Today for lunch me and my colleagues came to get lunch here. We had the worst experience ever. The first thing we stood in the lobby waiting on the hostess to get off her cell phone. The next, it took 3minutes for someone to greet us. I understand that if they were busy but, there were just three tables in the restaurant. After finally getting out drink order and we placed our order, also placing a Togo order, it took 30 minutes to cook three burgers with French fries. We only had one refill the entire experience. After finishing the meal and paying the tab, we left and forgot the Togo food that I ordered. I pulled out of the parking lot and remembered I left my food so I turned around and came back. Upon getting back it took 10 minutes of me running around to find someone to help me and the manager was sitting there talkin to a girl about training while seeing me feeling confused. There were no servers in the restaurant. Finally I find someone and she tells me that they threw my food away. I said, why would you throw the food away I haven’t been gone that long. She said, that’s our policy. I then told here that I have been trying to call since I left and it kept ringing. Hands down this places service is awe full. Hooters is 10 times better.
I've gone twice so my review reflects those two experiences. My first time here was about a year ago and it was great. I was here with my father we both had friendly service, food was great, over all a really good time. However, this was overshadowed by my last visit where service was dreadful. It was a little late but no where near closing and there were only a couple of tables filled. The service started off great but things took a turn immediately when we never received silverware. The service was really slow as well. Considering how few people were there you would expect four orders to come out in no time but we waited for 45 minutes; along with this, we also never received any refills. To put a cherry on top my friend played in cash and wanted his change back but the server wanted to argue and say there wasn't much change left (6 dollars and his meal was about 13). I loved my first visit but I will not be returning after my second.

Came to enjoy some football and I've been coming here since the establishment open have plenty of friends that work here that have worked with some of the management here today was a horrible experience where we noticed that some of our wings for extremely undercooked and had a little bit of blood coming out. When we spoke to the waitress she handle it correctly by getting the manager we didn't want no free food we did not care about the money off we just wanted them to see but the manager in a rude way tried to tell us how we were wrong about the situation that they were cooked twice. Obviously they we're not cooked twice because of the blood coming out. She then said that we did not have to get Snappy on her and we told her she was unfit for management material. As a corporate rep for a company that deals with Exotic Car Sales customer service is number one for me what I believe she should have done was that she should have apologized and try to see how to make it better which we didn't care if she did or didn't. Rest assured management will get a phone call and corporate will get a letter with a letterhead. I hate that this happened because we love coming here
