I had a bad night all around.Pavlov's is made for fraternity and Sorority members..If I was a college fraternity student it would be 5 stars...This bar is for the young college elite...It was rough because groups of college women were literally walking up to groups of college men and making out with them as soon as they walked in the door..So unless all those guys are casanovas..Im going to assume they all know eachother..I also noticed no one was really dancing. So unless you are a frat boy as a male..Pavlovs is going to be a hard time...so in my opinion I'm going to give Pavlovs...2 out of 5 beers
