The accommodated us in a timely manner considering the time we got and the large party we had to seat, also with the holidays being here many people were out with family and friends. The food was very good! I had to ask the waitress what her name was, because she never introduced herself and rarely attended to our table nor did she bring any refills on drinks. We had to ask other waitresses for refills. But wr never received the extra dressing for the salad. But overall they were very busy, but I would go eat there again as well as recommend others as well. Last the food is reasonably priced which is a plus.
Walked in for diner with my wife at about 830pm for dinner. When we approached the hostess she was less than enthusiastic about doing her job as she looked over the stand to try and find where to seat us. Once she realized that she couldn’t see the tables she walked out and found us a place to sit. Once we sat down we waited for close to 10 minutes without a server ever coming over to greet us or take our drink order. At this point we decided that we were going to leave. As we were walking out I asked to speak to a manager to tell her about our experience. When she finally showed up she didn’t seem to really care and just said that she was going to take care of it...whatever that meant. Won’t be returning.
Just tried JP’s For the first time and it has immediately become a family favorite, even with the picky eaters in our crew. The she-crab soup is wonderful! Lots of meat, and claw meat at that! New Years resolution is to eat more of it! The ahi tuna is perfectly cooked, and the flounder was the best we have had in years! Also tried the blackened Chicken Alfredo, Caesar salad, and potato soup. All were beyond delicious. Friendly staff, great service, comfortable atmosphere, classy without being stuffy.
Food was...good. But I only had the chicken stripes and felt that they could've been better than fast food quality. And you should be able to get a baked potato anytime instead of waiting for 4:00.
Mrs Phyllis gave my daughter and I a warm welcome. we dine at both locations but NE is my favorite by far. The staff and food are great. The staff checks up on any thing being needed periodically and the food is prepared as requested. I'll continue to be a regular.
