The entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the ease of ordering and super friendly service to the quality of the cake , Carolina Girl continued to impress! The cake was absolutely gorgeous but, more importantly, it was moist and delicious too. I've always been disappointed in "beautiful" cakes because they rarely taste as good as they look so I was blown away at how delicious the cake was. 5 STARS ALL DAY LONG
Shanel is an absolute pleasure to work with! I've been searching for a bakery that makes German Chocolate cake since my boyfriend is such a huge fan of them and his birthday is this week. However, I couldn't find ANYWHERE in Columbia who made them! Fortunately, I stumbled upon Carolina Girl Confections, and Shanel was able to whip up a beautiful, DELICIOUS German chocolate cake with only a 24 hour notice. She sent me an invoice not too long after I called her to order, an email the next day confirming what time I would be stopping by, and a text message about an hour before my time of pick up confirming that my cake was ready. I'm very pleased with how easy it was to communicate with her, as well as get updates on my order! I absolutely recommend Carolina Girl Confections to anyone in need of some spectacular cake.

Absolutely love, Carlina Girl Confections . I ordered the banana pudding in mason jars and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! The cookies were actually fresh and true NILLA wafers not the other off brand cookies. I will definitely be ordering again from Carolina Girl Confections.
