Staff were attentive and friendly. Listened thoroughly to our concerns. Never undermined us or used their knowledge to belittle us and our concerns. Super friendly to our dog and treated him like he was their own. We were given estimates before they did anything. I believe you have to request/state that you want an estimate before any tests or examinations. Loved our doctor and the vet tech that assisted her. Super friendly and informative. We will continue to bring our dog and start bringing our other two dogs here from now on.
Shandonwood Animal Clinic is great. We are always greeted nicely and almost immediately put in an exam room. Dr. Otis is great with our dogs.
Clean place that doesn't smell like the other vets I've tried. Nice friendly staff. They would do better to hire a pet nutritionist though that's not trained by the dog food companies...
We had to put one of our dogs down this summer and the staff couldn’t have been nicer during a very difficult time.
Shandonwood Is the best! The first vet my family visited in Columbia and it has been the absolute best find since our move here a year ago. My dog, Bowser, is an anxious pooch but loves Dr. Sine and the rest of the wonderful staff. The option of boarding in an environment he is already familiar and comfortable with is awesome. Truly comfortating to know he is always in good hands!
I have an 11 year old German shepherd and a two-year-old mixed breed dog. The doctors here take incredible care of both my old dog and my young one. At first I took my dogs somewhere else because I thought this place was going to be expensive. However, this place does not nickel-and-dime you like others do and it ended up being superior care at less cost. When a follow-up is needed it is often times included in the price you pay upfront unlike other places I've been. I honestly believe that the doctors care about me and my dogs. I trust Shandon Wood and as long as I live in Columbia do not intend to take any of my pets anywhere else.
