I have gone to the pharmacy 5 times for a prescription that they continue to lie and tell me they are calling it in "right away". It's been going on for 4 days now. This is ridiculous and my sweet pup is not well!

I have had great service at Banfield's on two notch for probably about as long as they've been there. I have favorite vets there. If you have animals with chronic problems like I did, the plan is 100% necessary. Walk-ins used to be accepted, but the vets ended up being there long after they should have been home. If you want to read some reviews, go to their Facebook page. If they can't fit you in, they will call the other Banfield's. Generally, one will be able to see your pet, though you may have to drive a bit farther. If you are like me then you'd do just about anything for your pet.

Outrageously over priced for horrible service. Took our dogs to see vet and after getting checked out and receiving a $428 bill and medicine for both dogs came home and next day had to rush our dogs back to them because they were really sick. Doctor wanted us to admit both dogs due to what they drank but we had to pay over $1800 up front for medicine and boarding. I informed them I have their plan and I shouldn't have to pay more because the insurance we have for the dogs is expensive already and should cover. That's when we were told it only covers the basics. When I decided to get the insurance they said it covers everything all of a sudden it covers nothing but shots.... We brought the dogs home and thankfully they recovered in a week. The following week we received a call from them asking how the dogs were I politely told them they are just money hungry people that don't care about animals but just want to make quick money off of people. I have cancelled the insurance and found a vet that treats everyone great and if there's an emergency with your pet they take care of them for a low down payment and you can mail the rest of your payments on a monthly basis.... IN ALL BANFIELD SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very difficult to get an appointment without making one over a month in advance. If you have an emergency you won't get help here even if you have one of their plans.

The vet was so rough with my fur baby. He's tough but dang he's not a rag doll.
