Dr. Weber has taken excellent care our cats for years now, with utmost kindness and professionalism to our beloved cats. Dr. Weber is hands down the greatest vet! The staff is friendly and very professional. We never have to wait except a few extra minutes when it's very busy. Dr. Weber takes the time to answer all our questions and explain to us in terms we can understand. Dr. Weber is gentle with our cats and patient with us, and we (cats and humans) could not be happier! We highly recommend this clinic.
Great staff, waiting area small so you might want to check in and then bring in your pet. Vet is very friendly and easy to talk to. Treats my babies with love.
I’ll give them this - they did fix the problem my dog was experiencing. However, the woman who works the front desk has been abrupt every time I’ve dealt with her, and Dr. Weber has less than stellar bedside manner. She also came in and started examining my dog without even introducing herself. If you don’t have a problem with this, you’ll be fine.
The vet is kind, the staff are unbelievably rude. I'm an adult, I shouldn't have to feel guilty about bringing in my pets or be bullied. Switched vets. Really not worth the stress.
the office lady (short dark hair) has alway been short and rude when I buy flea meds. Today I took my 74 yr. old mother with her new baby dog. When we walked in the office lady said something to me in which I didn't understand ( she was behind a desk) She then SNAPED AT ME... who is it? I was immediately unhappy. The dr never introduced herself and the office lady alone causes me to find another vet. My mother is old and need compassion and understanding. Her little puppy is her world at this point. We should never feel insignificant. I'LL FIND MOM AND BABY ANOTHER VET.
