Went to get some donuts for my work and a sandwich for lunch. The bread on the sandwich was rock hard but I was like I'll just trim the top off no big deal. Get to check out and donuts won't ring up so I went to grab another thing of them. Came back had to stand in line allllll over again and then they had bagged my original donuts and lifted them up on end. The toppings on the donuts had slid off so I said I wanted the new one I just went and grabbed. They were like there's nothing wrong with the original ones. If there was "nothing wrong" with them then why was it a big deal to switch them? I left with nothing!
I ended up with a very full cart. When i asked for specialty cuts on the meat, i was accomidated. In the produce department i noticed everything was fresh and when I couldnt find what I needed, the employee went into the back to check.
Great service. Did have customer who apparently wasn't educated. Had cart filled with groceries in the 10 items or less line. All she did was suck her teeth at the cashier. I feel she should have been directed to the correct line. Then she might be educated in simple etiquette. Great sandwiches and deals though for the 4th!
When I got up to the cashier a young man named Jeron asked if he could help me unload the cart. Perfect timing! Not only did he unload he bagged the groceries and put them into my car. I thanked him and he said, "it was my pleasure to help" and he meant it.
I love Public because they are geared on the middle age customers. Customer service is important to us seniors. Thanks Publix.
My bakery items I ordered were not ready, the man helping me was very nice and got my order done as quick as he could and gave me a discount. The cashier was friendly and helpful, as well.
I will shop there again even though it is a 25 minute drive to my home on Lake Murray. My father lIves nearby and it is well worth it to shop there.
