I had a very positive experience with this business. Jim was AWESOME, and very helpful with my search for an office space. I recommend this business to anyone searching for storage and/or office space, the property appears to be a very clean and secure environment.
JIM was extremely rude and lacked the competence to handle business. I inquired about a unit there about a month ago and we talked on the phone for about 20 minutes, going over prices and sizes, basically he made a lot of promises that he did not keep. I even asked if he would email me the details of the conversation and he said that his Boss would not allow for that and if I just came in I had his WORD that he would take care of me and honor everything he said. I arrived in South Carolina last week and re approached Mr Jim about the same conversation we had three weeks prior. He claimed to never have spoken with me and that he would've never sat on the phone with me for 20 minutes discussing those types of prices. When I asked what about your word and what about the email he refused to send. He stated that I had spoken to someone else named Jim at another Spring Valley Storage in Columbia SC. After a long silence, he started telling me that my attitude was not tolerated and that he did not have to do business with me anyway and asked me to leave the property. So I did! And here I am! You don't have to trust this review but if you go to the property; there are local businesses there, ask them about there experiences and you will have your decision!
Awesome and SUPER FRIENDLY staff! We felt very safe with our belongings being held here and felt safe coming and going. Very clean and a lot of room to move around. Definitely would recommend Spring Valley storage if you need it!
They have office space for small businesses. And a conference room. They carpet needs some cleaning. But, neat idea.
