I cannot thank the staff at Total Healh Spa enough for what they do for me and my family. Dr Davis has adjusted my back when I needed him to. There is rarely an occasion that he won't fit me in the same day. And Jen is more than just a massage therapist. She is a God send. I run a lot and she is the reason I am still able to. I cannot say enough about this place.
Been working through some chronic back pain but refuse to take daily medications or stop lifting weights. After a few sessions under Dr. Davis care I'm feeling better and he never one said stop lift weights in order to feel better. Very professional and always on time!!!

This review is for the Cayce location. I purchased a Groupon for 3 massages. I spent the next month calling each week trying to schedule an appointment. I left numerous voicemails asking to schedule. When I did speak to a live person, I was told I could only call on Tuesdays to schedule an appointment and to call back the next day to schedule. I received one voicemail on September 8th while I was at work and could not answer my phone. The message said someone died in the employee’s family who does the scheduling and this is why I had not gotten a call back in the last several weeks. This is quite sad and I understand the employee needs time off of work to grieve this loss and to continue trying to find his “new normal” in regards to this loss so I understand why my calls went unanswered. In the voicemail I was provided with a new number to call for scheduling. I called this number on numerous days and still did not get an answer or return call. I called the original number back 2 weeks later and got a live person on October 3rd and got my appointment scheduled! I was very happy with this accomplishment. My appointment was set for 10am on October 10th. At 8am on October 10th Nikki called and left me a voicemail stating this appointment was “mistakenly” scheduled as she does not see clients prior to 3pm. She told me to call back and reschedule. I called back in less than 30 minuets and to this day, I have not gotten a return call. I called several more days, to each number, and still no answer or call back. Once I shared all this information with Groupon, they agreed to give me a refund for my massages. This company is very unprofessional and they actually make it impossible to get a massage scheduled. I would not recommend doing business with this company, even if they do bother to call you back to schedule an appointment.
I go there often with friends on our "girls day out" and I must say, we all enjoy it. Professional, Clean and Awesome atmosphere. The massage therapist are the best in town.
