Nice location...just needs to be refreshed with inventive new outlet concepts.
Movie theater is great, Barnes and Noble is extremely convenient and Belk always has good sales on quality items. Good location but lacking in retailers.
Go to the movies and shop at Belk's. Love the parking - gets you out of the weather - hot sun, rain.
Richland Fashion Mall is more commonly known as the dead Mall. There are only 4 shop open in the whole Mall. One half of the mall is closed. The public bathrooms were closed down in January of 2017. When this mall first opened it was an open-air Mall. Some point in time it became a closed in mall and now it is a very old and deserted Mall. Very very few businesses are able to survive in this mall at all!
This mall appeared abandoned and in need a major rebuilding and remodeling. Good location but mall not so good.
