I have a 105 pound Great Pyrenees I have been getting groomed every summer. For the last four years at various places I've taken him in and asked for a groom and a trim, I've come back and he was bald, or very close to it, occasionally with a knick or two on his skin. I dropped my dog off at Happy Paws and asked for him to be trimmed to half his length, left and expected to pick him up bald. I came to get him, and he looked fantastic! He still had his hair, and the matting on his butt was gone. He looked great and was happy when I picked him up. I will definitely be back!
I don't know what kind of Dog Whisperer magic goes on in here, but I like it. I have a Doberman. She's a rescue, and can be very uppity. I have previously taken her to the big dog store for grooming, but she hates it. They are never able to brush her teeth, and most of the time they can't get her nails done either. They usually say that she wasn't necessarily bad, just that she's stubborn. My girl is always in a terrible mood after grooming, and just hides in her box.
I definitely think that this is by far the best dog grooming place around. These guys are really professional and inexpensive. They offer the best of services. This has been my go-to place ever since they moved to this area.
It was nothing like that at Happy Pets. I went with the Bath and Brush package, and added a tooth brushing to see if they could. Veterinarians can't brush my girl's teeth, and Happy Pets did! Her breath smells so much better. The last place suggested sedation for doing her teeth and nails, but Happy Pets got them both, no problems. Her ears aren't bothering her, and she's in her usual happy mood. The groomer said that she was well behaved and they had no problems. And it was all really inexpensive. It was a bit over half of what I have paid elsewhere.
I absolutely love this place! I tend to be a little on the picky side when it comes to how low my poms hair is and Jeremy Robinson did an incredible job today with Topaz! He is one of the most personable groomers I've ever met! He really wants to make sure you leave satisfied after every visit! I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have aggressive or hyper animals who need extra attention! Such caring and sweet atmosphere! I just moved to the area and have no intentions on going to anyone else!
I don't know how they do it, but I am extremely pleased. I will never take my dog anywhere else. I am definitely a customer for life.
They did such an awesome job on my dog I’m super happy.This will be my new pet grooming place for now on.
