Not bad, could be better. They'll buy your records or double the amount if you take the store credit ( take the credit).... They'lk often refuses trade ins on records, saying they're scratched. But if you look in their used bin, guess what you find, scratched records. I prefer Pappa Jazz's......
Pretty neat store for all things DVD and Bluray. Music selection is neat but trading in anything is pretty tough; you won't get what you feel like you should for trade-ins. That said, the variety of the store is cool enough to make sure you check it out.

Both the staff and store's items are unorganized. They also don't check their used materials. I was recently sold two albums. One had an obviously broken disk, which they should have checked when the album was exchanged. Another album didn't even have a CD in it, which they also should have checked for before wrapping it up for sale. Plus, they manage to have a stage in the store but not a public restroom, which baffles me. The store has gone down hill in recent years. It's not worth the visit anymore.
