Personnel is very friendly and helpful. They have good stock of movies, including new releases. Their rental prices for the movies are very reasonable unlike the other chain that went out of business a few years ago (Block Buster). I like to come here with my grandkids and grab whole series of good movies like for instance. Harry Potter or The Lord of the Rings. I typically get movies for the kids and a good movie for Adults. Definitely this is a family place.:)
I prefer Family Video over the Redbox when I need to rent a video. It might be a tad bit more expensive but the selection is much wider and they have the older movies that she sometimes want to go back and watch.
Love it ! My kids fav thing is to get a gumball for $.25 . i like finding the latest movies for only $2 . The management is always friendly and helpful.
I should give it a 5, just bc, they are the "ONLY" movie rental store in the Southeast, (or at least in Kershaw and Richland counties.) Only downfall, is they don't have all of the new releases at one time, when they usually come out in other shopping stores.
I have gone there maybe 15 times in the last month since I moved here and I have received excellent customer service every single time the store manager there clearly knows what she is doing keep up the good work
