Melanie has been our agent for many years now. When I call her, she knows immediately who I am and she always gives me personal and caring attention . We have 7 children that have shared our policy and/or have carried their own policy through this agency. Because of kids, we have had fender benders and a major accident. Melanie has handled situations for me or helped guide me through steps needed to take. The roadside assistance program is amazing. With so many cars we've had to use it 3 times in one month!
